1. Training and Development Manager

Requirements :

  • To manage the organization¡¯s training provision, including identification training needs of staff through training needs analysis survey, recommendation from Head of Departments, and annual performance appraisal.
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Training and Development programs, processes and systems in order to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objectives of the organization.
  • Develop, co-ordinate and maintain a suite of in-house training courses, workshop to be delivered on a rolling programme including induction process for new staff. ?
  • Carry out course evaluation and analysis to generate information useful where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement of employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain the training budget including HRDF budget.

Responsibilities :

  • With 3 years related working experience.
  • Possess minimum degree qualification.
  • Able to work independently and able to communicate all levels.

2. Recruitment Manager

Requirements :

  • Best talents are sourced, selected and recruited to meet organization needs at right time and right cost.
  • Recruitment programs and hiring process are well managed (analyzed and planned) to ensure that HR services meet the needs of company.
  • Behavioral interviewing is used effectively to hire right.
  • To lead and manage process improvement, new initiative in term of recruitment policies.
  • Ensuring the right recruitment decisions are made through devising, running evaluating selection process.
  • Keeping up to date with current employment legislation.

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum qualification candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Human Resource Management, Social Science or any related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Resourceful, result oriented and computer literate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.

3. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Requirements :

  • Involve in annual budgeting, tax planning forecasting and month end closing.
  • Ensure all company systems, controls and internal audit processes are carried out efficiently and in line with the company policy.
  • Review, design and implement effective internal control systems and financial procedures and processes.
  • On going review of cost proposal, evaluation of cost reduction opportunities.
  • Responsible in ensuring financial resources are obtained and utilized both profitably and effectively in the accomplishment of the Group/Company's objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to businesses and be involved in strategic planning of the business for growth.
  • Preparation of various management reports for decision making.

Responsibilities :

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Prior working experience in audit and ERP exposure would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Hands on experience in group consolidation, drafting and implementing control procedures.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, result oriented, strong communication and analytical skills.

4. Warehouse Senior Executive/Manager

Requirements :

  • Daily Operations activities and functions are supported and coordinated in the warehouse and with the relevant staff.
  • 100% in compliance to company¡¯s policies and procedures are maintained thorough out the activities of the warehouse.
  • Warehouse objectives and performance delivered via high levels of employee engagement and contribution through leadership.
  • Inventory is managed efficiently and stock count/ check are carried out as per procedure.
  • Continuous improvement activities and monitoring of results are carried out with strong drive to achieve the targets set.
  • System data and monitoring are sustained and kept at 100% accuracy.
  • Supervise and manage a team of warehouse operators.
  • All reports are produced and maintain on time.
  • All communications with the warehouse staff are carried out per procedure and diligently.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with ERP or any warehousing systems and inventory control.
  • Possess good leadership skills, planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to perform analysis on data would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and work in a team.
  • Must be computer literate and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Corporate Affair Officer/Executive

Requirements :

  • To be exposed to different areas of law and Intellectual Property.
  • To understand and interpret laws and any other regulations, i.e. Companies Act, Listing Requirements, Corporate Governance, relevant laws in Intellectual Property, etc.
  • To draft, vet and review legal letters, agreements, contracts and documents pertaining to corporate matters.
  • To provide company secretarial support and administrative duties.
  • To manage and develop a given portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • ICSA qualification or Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • With or without working experience.
  • Age between 23 to 35 years old.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to speak and write Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Pro-active and meticulous.
  • With computer knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point.

6. Management Trainee

Requirements :

  • Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Engineering or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Aggressive, responsible, energetic, willing to learn and adaptable to change.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

7. Export / Shipping Assistant/Officer/Executive

Requirements :

  • Liaise with freight forwarders on the details of all outgoing shipment booking
  • Source and negotiates with forwarders and shipping lines to apply lower freight cost for both FOB and C & F shipments
  • Co-ordinate with internal warehouse to achieve smooth and timely delivery to customers
  • Haulage arrangement
  • Administer sales tax exemption application (CJP2) prior shipment effect and submit the statement to custom before sales tax expiry to ensure compliance of the custom CJP2 regulation.

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.

8. Marketing Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year related working experience.
  • Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or any other equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist HoD to plan, formulate and implement marketing strategies.
  • To co-ordinate with sales force for formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Liaising closely with sales force to monitor the progress of certain projects.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Analyse reports and initiate action when necessary.

9. Logistic Executive

Requirements :

  • Able to communicate effectively with the internal related department.
  • Have a least 2 years experience in the related job.
  • Minimum STPM / Diploma.

Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with shipping lines and forwarding for the container shipment.
  • Liaise internally with the production for the availability of goods for container loading.
  • Liaise with the warehouse for the incoming and outgoing of container.
  • Administer sales tax exemption application (CJP2) and submit statement to custom before expire date.
  • Monitor and control the daily operation as to ensure running smoothly.
  • Monitor and control the product handling by subordinates so as to ensure better handling efficiency and cost awareness.
  • Assist and conduct continual improvement activities so as to ensure minimize customer complaints and other non-conformance.
  • Supervise and motivate subordinates so as to ensure better performance efficiency.

10. Counter Sales Officer

Requirements :

  • To familiarize with automotive spare parts.
  • Meeting 100% sales target.
  • Handle customers enquiries (Local).
  • Contacting potential customers.
  • Take orders from customers.

Responsibilities :

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in related field.
  • Communication and listening skills. Experience of taking phone call order from customers
  • To maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Good knowledge about automotive spare parts.
  • Customer and result-oriented.
  • Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application.

11. Salesman

Requirements :

  • Actively promotes and sell company products.
  • Attend customer and provide a timely, accurate and relevant information, ie: accurate product and pricing information based on customers' inquiries.
  • Proactively assist, follow up and respond in a timely manner to customer's complaints and feedbacks by providing resolution to issues raised.
  • To achieve automotive replacement parts sales target 100%.
  • To improve personal sales volume.
  • Collection on debtors.
  • Knowledge on spare parts.
  • To expand customer base.
  • To maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Able to provide clear market information for formulation of marketing strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in sales & marketing environment.
  • Customer and result-oriented.
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.
  • Good track records of sales.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Show each customer advantages of products over competing brand in the market.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customer.
  • Have passion to drive sales and achieve monthly sales target.

12. Product Development/Production Engineer

Requirements :

  • Manage and supervise subordinates on new product development so as to ensure meets the product requirement and on time to market.
  • Plan and arrange meeting with related departments concerning new product development so as to ensure the understanding and acceptance of requirements.
  • Plan, manage and follow up on the progress of the new product and trial run coordination to ensure layout, process and relevant documents are in order and meet the operation requirement.
  • Execute and monitor all documentation for new products such as product specification, process layout and work instruction meet the quality and operation requirement.
  • Execute and provide technical support to production, quality assurance and purchasing to ensure operation problems are solved.
  • Liaise, monitor and follow up with the vendors (mould maker) on the tool fabrication and components supplier to meet development schedule and quality standard.
  • Plan and execute continuously the engineering ideas to continuously improve new product work flow and quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Computer Literates- Autocad, 3D software knowledge is preferable.
  • At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

13. Technician

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic or Electrical.
  • With related working experience will be an advantage.

14. Mould Technician

  • Minimum PMR/SPM qualification.
  • With 2 years working experience related to plastic mould / metal stamping industries.

15. Machinist

  • Minimum certificate ((Vocational / Technical) or Certificate in Mechanical.
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience.

16. Production Executive

  • Degree in Science Polymer or Engineering / Engineering (Mechanical) / Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) / Engineering (Electrical / Electronic).
  • With 1-2 years working experience related to Plastic Injection / Metal Stamping industries.

17. Leader (Stamping)

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience.

18. Male Operator (Machine / Store)

  • Minimum PMR/SPM.
  • Able to work shift.

19. Operator (Tool & Die)

  • Minimum PMR/SPM.
  • Skill of Welding & Grinding

20. Quality Control Assistant

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Computer Literate.

21. Quality Control Inspector

  • Minimum PMR/SPM.
  • With related working experience will be an advantage.

22. Production Planner

  • Minimum Diploma in any field of study.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of related?working experiences.
